There is no such imprint as “Virgin Records America”. Virgin Records America, Inc. (the company) has a tendency to print that name on releases, often along the spines of cds, eg: here and here, but both those examples are basically released under the Virgin imprint. a valid case for using the Virgin America imprint (note the difference!) might be this.
